Home and School Association (PTO)

One of the best and most enjoyable ways to make sure that your child is successful at school is to become involved in school activities. Cherrywood's Home and School Association sponsors many student programs and activities, and helps to raise funds that enhance your child's total learning experience at Cherrywood. This dedicated group is comprised of parents and staff who want to be actively involved in supporting the school's many programs and activities.
All parents are invited to attend the monthly planning meetings, and get involved! We need your ideas and enthusiasm! The meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Cherrywood Multipurpose Room. Child care is provided.

Cherrywood Elementary School Home/School Compact
At Cherrywood School, we are committed to meeting the needs of every student. In order to meet this challenge, the staff, parents and students must work together. The purpose of this compact is to define areas that will improve student achievement. To meet this end, basic expectations are listed for each group. The intent is to bring staff, parents and students together in a unified effort to provide the best instructional program for all students. Every student will be given a Home/School compact. Compacts are voluntary agreements between families and schools.
